Own Revenue & Set the Growth Strategy:
- Forecast and model self-serve revenue and partner with Finance/RevOps on targets.
- Identify and stack-rank levers across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Align PLG→Sales handoffs and define PQL/PIQ with Sales/CS.
Run Experiments & Build Data Foundations:
- Maintain a hypothesis backlog and trustworthy tests; drive meaningful experiments.
- Define critical events and ship trusted activation/retention dashboards.
- Personally build/own growth models for activation, FVT, and retention.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution & Team:
- Operate as a player-coach across funnels, onboarding, lifecycle, and website conversion.
- Partner with Eng/Product/Marketing on experiment SLAs.
- Manage the Growth PM, hire for gaps, and coach a high-velocity pod.
