This role involves managing HRIS updates, employee records, and operational workflows to ensure accuracy and a smooth employee experience, leveraging AI-based tools for efficiency. You will act as the primary HR partner for our non-exempt support employee population, supporting them through onboarding, day-to-day needs, and career milestones. You will also design, coordinate, and deliver engagement programs, including onboarding experiences, recognition initiatives, wellness campaigns, and employee events in partnership with our HR Operations team. The role includes gathering employee data and feedback to inform engagement, development, and retention strategies, advising managers on basic HR practices, and collaborating with the People team to continuously improve processes, programs, and cultural initiatives.
