Strategic Talent Partnership:
- Partner with the Talent Management team to translate enterprise programs into actionable frameworks for HRBPs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HRBPs, helping interpret talent data and ensure consistent execution of talent initiatives.
- Lead coordination of post-Talent Review and engagement follow-up, ensuring measurable progress.
Clinical Leadership Recruiting:
- Collaborate with business and clinical leadership to understand leadership needs.
- Partner with Clinical Recruiting to ensure proactive pipeline development for key leadership roles.
- Provide consultation on selection, assessment, and interview processes.
Leadership & Culture Enablement:
- Reinforce leadership expectations and culture initiatives across HR and business teams.
- Partner with HRBPs to drive initiatives that build engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
- Support field HR leaders in identifying development needs and connecting them to enterprise programs.
