About the Role:

  • This is a founding enablement hire responsible for designing and operationalizing the company's first formal sales enablement program.
  • The core mission is developing talented enterprise AEs without construction experience into credible sellers who can hold conversations with project executives and field superintendents.
  • Success depends on the ability to quickly learn a complex industry and translate dense field reality into training that turns generalist sellers into trusted advisors.

Your Day to Day:

  • Build the enablement function from scratch, including scalable onboarding, certification frameworks, and role-based competency models.
  • Develop curricula that turn generalist AEs into construction experts using persona guides, discovery questions, objection libraries, and AI role-play.
  • Partner with sales leadership, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to embed enterprise methodology and maintain playbooks across the customer lifecycle.

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated excellence as a teacher and coach with strong facilitation and adult-learning skills.
  • Strong learning agility with a track record of moving from no knowledge of a complex domain to genuine expertise.
  • Fluency with modern AI tools and 8+ years across sales, sales training, or enablement, including direct enterprise selling or rep coaching.
