Assist the internal support team with technical product and service requests from customers. A Customer Support Specialistβs responsibilities include executing technical website requests, recommending solutions and guiding internal teams through features and functionalities. To be successful, demonstrate knowledge with the latest web standards, tasteful design sense and ability to work with data sets.
Responsibilities include responding to internal team requests and queries via Salesforce. Identify customer needs and help clients and internal teams use specific features of our products. Analyze and report product issues or concerns by testing different scenarios or replicating user issues. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
