Workforce Management:
- Administer nontraditional schedules and maintain the hotline's staffing model.
- Track headcount, FTE, vacancy, and shift coverage; close gaps and manage backfill.
Training & Delivery:
- Own the Hotline's training program end to end, from curriculum to delivery.
- Coordinate onboarding cohorts and ongoing training with the Workforce Enablement Specialist.
Service Operations:
- Ensure 24/7 service coverage and respond to emergencies with on-call availability.
- Use NICE CXOne to monitor real-time staffing and align workforce with clinical standards.

Postpartum Support International (PSI) promotes awareness, prevention, and treatment of mental health issues related to childbearing, supporting families and training providers. With a dedicated and passionate board and staff, PSI operates the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline and maintains a fully remote workforce.
