VP, Business Services Domain (Microsoft D365 ERP and CRM)

The Vice President, Business Services Domain is an executive role responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Business Services Domain (BSD) talent pool within the Hitachi Solutions Americas regional business unit.  This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Americas Delivery Domain, and oversees multiple Domain Directors, each managing a specialized pool of consultants aligned to a specific Delivery Domain - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), Microsoft Dynamics D365 custom application solutions. The VP drives organizational excellence in people management, workforce planning, delivery capability development, and performance across the BSD talent pool. This leader ensures that our teams deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients while fostering a thriving, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture. The VP supports the overall vision for the Americas Delivery Domain and Hitachi Solutions Americas by fostering team growth, managing employee engagement, training, risk, and providing ongoing mentorship.
