Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune environments
- Deploy and maintain software, operating systems, and security updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex 3rd-level incidents
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Group Policies
- Solid PowerShell scripting skills
