What you'll do:
- Drive the executives' priorities forward: anticipate what's coming, prep them for what matters, and make sure decisions and follow-ups don't stall.
- Own their calendars and travel as a strategic resource, not a scheduling inbox, protecting focus time, resolving conflicts before they surface, and making every hour count.
- Run logistics for team meetings end to end: ensure that agenda is shaped with the executives, and clearly document and share decisions and timelines.
What you'll have:
- 5+ years supporting C-Suite Executives.
- A track record of owning outcomes, not just tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
