Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for team members and their performance.
• Take responsibility for developing team members.
• Ensure free-flow of communication within the team.

Key Skills:

• Account management experience in affiliate marketing, focusing on blue-chip clients.
• High level of communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience in coordinating teams in projects and working practices.
