- Set clear expectations around account ownership, partner communication and forecasting
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide timely feedback
Revenue & Account Execution:
- Drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth across agency-managed accounts
- Ensure ARMs develop and execute thoughtful account plans tied to spend growth
- Support ARMs in complex deal strategy, negotiations, and partner escalations
Agency Relationship Management:
- Serve as an escalation point and strategic partner for key agency relationships as needed
- Ensure ZipRecruiter is represented professionally and consistently across all agency interactions
- Reinforce best practices for executive communication, meeting preparation, and follow-through
