About the Role:
- Own the human-in-the-loop layer of HUD's operations across data suppliers and AI lab buyers.
- Collaborate with GTM engineers to ensure successful customer activation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Jump into customer conversations when a human touch is needed.
- Resolve contract, onboarding, and platform blockers with internal owners.
- Turn recurring issues into better processes and lightweight systems.
