Platform Engineer

The Role:

• You will be a member of the Professional Services group providing roadmap and technical architecture design for solutions and tools.
• You will manage day-to-day operations, deployments, system monitoring, security patching, and incident resolution for hosted integrations.
• You will work closely with other Veeva teams to ensure customer success.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent Global Technical Services across multiple workstreams (e.g. solution design, data migration, systems integration, etc.)
• Develop internal and external tools to help customers and consultants in performing integrations and migrations
• Own the roadmap, release planning and product lifecycle for the tools

Requirements:

• 5+ years of development experience in Software Development Life Cycle using Java, SQL and building solutions & interfaces using REST APIs.
• Programming experience with Spring, Maven and AWS cloud platform.
• 3+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience.
