Job Description

Develop and be responsible for Southeast sales strategy and annual sales plan to support delivery of organizational strategy and objectives for GuidePoint Southeast Regional Partner. Provide support to Southeast sales team by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings and/or engaging other corporate resources as required. Collaborate on sales opportunities, pipelines, forecasts and business efficiencies. Coach, mentor and develop the sales team in all aspects to build to the highest performing team. Partner with internal stakeholders and executive team to develop strategies to meet the organization’s goals. Ensure communications and collateral are coordinated and represent the GuidePoint Security brand. Direct implementation of sales policies and practices. Build revenue generating relationships with all key partners at the local and national level.
