Responsibilities:
- Lead team development and establish clear workflows to drive efficiency and a culture of accountability and partnership.
- Oversee provider experience initiatives, scoping work and building scalable solutions to improve engagement and support.
Systems & Coordination:
- Optimize the Help Scout ticketing system and internal processes to enhance operational effectiveness and provider support.
- Serve as a key cross-functional representative, building relationships and collaboration models for provider-facing work.
Advocacy & Insights:
- Champion the provider perspective and mature the advocacy function to proactively surface and act on feedback.
- Develop reporting and insights from multiple data systems to identify trends and inform continuous business improvement.
