Responsibilities:

  • Lead team development and establish clear workflows to drive efficiency and a culture of accountability and partnership.
  • Oversee provider experience initiatives, scoping work and building scalable solutions to improve engagement and support.

Systems & Coordination:

  • Optimize the Help Scout ticketing system and internal processes to enhance operational effectiveness and provider support.
  • Serve as a key cross-functional representative, building relationships and collaboration models for provider-facing work.

Advocacy & Insights:

  • Champion the provider perspective and mature the advocacy function to proactively surface and act on feedback.
  • Develop reporting and insights from multiple data systems to identify trends and inform continuous business improvement.
