Job Description

The Regional Vice President, California, is responsible for leading a regional team of field sales professionals to consistently achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. The RVP of Sales will hire, develop, and coach world-class sales talent and demonstrate the Edmentum mission, vision, and values by creating a culture of accountability, data-driven decision making, and high performance. The role involves executing regional sales goals, managing sales strategy, utilizing sales systems, developing sales professionals, recruiting talent, coaching sales staff, and cultivating customer relationships. Managing SFDC data entry, overseeing the regional expense budget, promoting collaboration, working with sales enablement, prioritizing RFP workload, and developing new relationships are also key responsibilities.
