About the Role:
- As Fundraise Up expands its Organization Experience capabilities, you will own retention and expansion growth across active organizations.
- You will centralize cross-product retention and monetization strategy, ensuring full adoption and value realization.
What You’ll Own:
- Retention and expansion growth across active organizations, including Average Processing Volume per Active Customer.
- Cross-product adoption strategy, discovery pipeline, and churn signal identification.
What You’ll Do:
- Define retention and expansion strategy, translating targets into a prioritized 6–12 month roadmap.
- Lead structured discovery across customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel review to diagnose adoption blockers.
- Drive cross-functional retention programs in partnership with PMM, CSM, GTM, and Product.
