Senior Product Marketing Consultant

As we evolve our platform with cutting-edge AI+Human capabilities, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Consultant for a 6-month contract to take the lead in positioning and launching our AI Conversation Wizard—a tool designed to help Experts communicate more effectively and empathetically with customers. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, and user experience. You’ll work closely with Product, Quality, and Expert Experience teams to ensure this game-changing tool is understood, adopted, and loved by our Expert community. You will craft and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for the AI Conversation Wizard, from internal beta through full rollout. Define and continuously refine product positioning and messaging to resonate with Experts and internal stakeholders. Develop compelling materials (videos, guides, campaigns) that clearly communicate how the Wizard enhances communication and customer satisfaction. Gather insights from Experts and internal teams to inform product development and iterate messaging. Coordinate cross-functionally to align launch timing, support, training, and communication. Measure and report on adoption, engagement, and impact of marketing efforts to optimize strategy and drive usage.
