Role:
- Act as strategic advisor to SLT and managers, embedding the People Partnering model in a fully-remote environment.
- Support development and rollout of capability frameworks and high-performance initiatives.
- Diagnose root causes of team issues and amplify manager capability.
ER Advisory:
- Handle ER casework, including disciplinary and grievance investigations.
- Provide timely, pragmatic support to managers and employees.
- Ensure decisions balance commercial acumen with people advocacy.
Contract Details:
- Fixed-term contract for 14–18 months with a salary up to £75,000.
- Reports to Senior People Partner, ideal start date October 2026.
- UK-based and fully remote.
