Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted People advisor and coach to employees, managers, Directors, and Senior Directors across assigned functions or regions.
- Partner with leaders throughout the talent lifecycle, including performance reviews, promotions, compensation reviews, and succession planning.
- Provide employee relations guidance and help leaders address performance concerns and sensitive workplace situations.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced People/HR organization, preferably in a high-growth global tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment practices and law, with ability to apply sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Proven experience as a strategic business partner to cross-functional teams, advising senior leaders.
