FinTech Operations Specialist

The Role:

• You will own client onboarding and implementation for LeaseQuery and FinQuery Contract Management (FCM).
• You will consult with accounting leaders and guide best practices under ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87, and GASB 96.
• You will train customers, handle professional service requests, and ensure accurate data entry and reconciliations.

What You'll Bring:

• Working knowledge of lease accounting guidelines and contract lifecycle management concepts.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and advanced customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, and G-Suite.
