Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a critical role in fueling our growth by identifying, connecting with, and nurturing the next generation of Social+ customers. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, and your work will help shape our go-to-market strategy across key industries. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to ensure we're targeting the right people, with the right message, at the right time. Responsibilities include strategic prospecting & outreach to identify ideal client profiles, executing outbound campaigns using a multi-channel approach, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Salesforce. You will also manage pipeline by logging activities in CRM, tracking KPIs, and refining ICP with real-time feedback. Staying informed about community software and monitoring industry trends are also key aspects of the role.
