Salesforce Senior Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support Salesforce and other legal technology solutions per client requirements.
• Lead client discussions to gather business processes and recommend appropriate configurations.
• Manage multiple implementation priorities while providing transparent communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and integration experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and customer teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
