What You'll Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues for remote team members.
- Provision and de-provision SaaS accounts for onboarding and offboarding.
- Track global hardware inventory and maintain MDM systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and SaaS tools.
- Interest in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks like SOC 2.
