Job Description

Lead a team focused on winning new logos and driving revenue in AMER. Develop and execute a sales strategy for both installed base and whitespace accounts. Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine processes for new business growth.

Inspect pipeline using Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Outreach for coaching. Hire and onboard a high-performing sales team, coaching on territory planning. Partner with regional leadership to scale the new business sales function.

Represent the company open source and offerings to executive-level stakeholders. Leverage experience leading field sales teams in DevOps or SaaS with new logo acquisition. Apply judgment, adapt, and balance strategic planning with hands-on support.
