- Use data and analytics to demonstrate actual behavioral change and identify adoption stalls.
- Establish feedback mechanisms and track KPIs to measure business value realization beyond go-live.
AI-Enabled Change Practice:
- Leverage enterprise AI tools to draft communications and improve first-draft quality.
- Apply AI-based sentiment analysis to surface adoption risks faster.
- Use AI-assisted tools for rapid stakeholder and impact mapping across large initiatives.
