Job Description
The Senior Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing senior level administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating a wide variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Assist with recruitment and interview process
Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses
Develop interview schedules
Update candidate statues in recruitment systems (ATS)
Schedule complex phone, video and in-person interviews
Execute the offer process, including creating & routing offer letter
Coordinate candidate background, medical and reference checking processes
Arrange travel, transportation and accommodation for candidates
Coordinate aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Edit and post positions to the ATS accurately
Provide metric and pipeline reporting
Assist with the administration, optimization and use of the ATS
Provide best practices and process improvements
Document process changes
Identify and remediate workflow & system issues
Act as a subject matter expert, provide training and coaching
Provide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed
