Job Summary:

  • Provide world-class customer service by performing complex Member Services functions.
  • Includes processing ACH, NSF items, check adjustments, statement processing, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, rules, and policies.

What you will do:

  • Process account adjustments, contributions, refunds, stop payments, and death/divorce payments.
  • Assist in training tasks, prioritize multiple tasks, and update procedures.
  • Report system issues and submit customer feedback.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Transaction processing knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and multi-task effectively.

Education and Experience:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years experience in banking or financial services.
  • Experience in balancing and account reconciliation preferred.
