Job Summary:
- Provide world-class customer service by performing complex Member Services functions.
- Includes processing ACH, NSF items, check adjustments, statement processing, and reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance with regulations, rules, and policies.
What you will do:
- Process account adjustments, contributions, refunds, stop payments, and death/divorce payments.
- Assist in training tasks, prioritize multiple tasks, and update procedures.
- Report system issues and submit customer feedback.
Skills and Abilities:
- Transaction processing knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and multi-task effectively.
Education and Experience:
- H.S. Diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience in balancing and account reconciliation preferred.
