Job Description
Own and scale the critical policies and governance frameworks that underpin our global sales organization. This role will focus on ensuring fairness, compliance, clarity and continuity of account ownership, dispute resolution, and sales policies, while building and documenting processes that scale as Samsara grows beyond $2BN in revenue. You’ll work closely with senior sales leadership, revenue operations, and cross-functional partners to design and implement solutions for ambiguous and complex problems. The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail with the ability to think creatively and overhaul systems where needed. Experience with AI-enabled tooling and automation is a huge plus, as we seek to bring cutting-edge approaches to our programs.
