This individual will help design, manage, and improve the systems and processes that enable our team to effectively engage with school districts, early learning providers, and strategic partners. The Partnerships and Sales Operations Manager will manage the operational flow of partnerships—from contracts and renewals to onboarding and performance tracking—ensuring smooth collaboration across sales, marketing, and implementation teams. They will also support lead generation and CRM maintenance, manage inbound inquiries, and coordinate RFP and vendor registration processes to expand our reach. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a knack for building efficient systems.
