Job Description
As a Junior Client Success Manager, you will:
- Manage client onboarding, providing full support for implementing VALD systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients through online methods and face-to-face interactions.
- Identify client support needs and opportunities for growth.
Critical requirements include:
- Must have used VALD Technology in a current or previous role.
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal, to a high professional standard.
- Ability to understand and share the client’s perspective and challenges.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.
