What will I be doing?:

Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce functions including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
Use your analytical and Excel/SQL skills to translate business considerations into effective solutions.
Complete ad hoc reports, analyses, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Expert level Excel skills and strong understanding of SQL/data mining required.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays, and handle sensitive confidential data.
