Responsibilities:
- Lead business and systems analysis activities throughout the data management lifecycle.
- Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation and develop complex SQL queries.
- Plan and execute testing procedures and coordinate user acceptance testing.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- At least 5 years of experience developing complex SQL queries and conducting root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and data quality tools.
- Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SQL Server, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
Work Environment:
- 100% remote within the United States, with no Wisconsin residency requirement.
- Small, collaborative team using agile practices to deliver value to business partners.
