Director, Consultant Relations US - Remote

The Director of Consultant Relations will develop an overarching broker strategy that enables education and awareness. They will create house-specific strategies, explore commercial partnerships, and educate consultants on Transcarent’s capabilities. This role involves developing trust-based relationships and working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams. The director will educate internal teams, provide market feedback, delegate sales opportunities, and partner with customer success on client needs and marketing on broker campaigns. They will also manage RFI updates, provide analytics, and identify pharmacy opportunities. Requires 5+ years of experience in Consultant Relations, Business Development, or Strategic Alliances with existing relationships with key H&B broker teams.
