Job Description

As a Client Success Associate, you will lead and manage a portfolio of clients with varying Transcarent solutions and levels of complexity. You will support client relationships and ensure a seamless experience across Transcarent solutions. Managing a portfolio of clients, you'll drive retention and expand relationships. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include client relationship management, serving as the primary point of contact, partnering with Account Executives, and driving client satisfaction and loyalty. You'll also provide operational excellence & strategic support, using Tableau to analyze client data and maintaining client records in Salesforce. Manage escalations addressing client concerns and providing data-driven solutions. Stay informed on industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or other technology-driven industries with hands-on experience with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Confluence.
