What You'll Do:

- Bridge business and technical teams to reduce churn and inform roadmap.
Who You Are:
- Enterprise CS or TAM background in infrastructure, DevOps, or observability.
- Technical enough to talk with SRE and platform teams.
- Bilingual French & English with right to work in France.
