The role:
- Manage enterprise customer relationships and ensure long-term value through adoption and retention.
- Own renewals, negotiations, and expansion opportunities across a portfolio of 20-30 accounts.
What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years of Customer Success or account management experience in SaaS with enterprise customers.
- Technical curiosity with cloud, DevOps, or developer tooling familiarity; CRM and AI tools proficiency.
