IT Automation Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced IT Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role sits at the intersection of IT, automation, security, and AI. You’ll take ownership of automating and scaling internal workflows, building integrations across business systems, and developing intelligent internal agents and tools that boost productivity and security. Key Responsibilities include design, build, and maintain automated workflows using AI, scripting, and low-code platforms. Create and manage integrations between tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, Slack, and others. Contribute to the development of internal AI-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and Cursor AI. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions. Support InfoSec operations, manage access controls, automate security alerts and responses, and ensure compliance with best practices. Maintain documentation and monitor system performance and reliability of automated processes.
