Job Description

Customer Onboarding:

  • Transition calls with stakeholders to outline the onboarding plan.
  • Plan the data customers send to their Customer.io account.
  • Provide dedicated support and initial troubleshooting.

Customer Communication:

  • Unearth reasons why messaging matters to customers.
  • Help customers plan, implement, and follow through with messaging goals.
  • Follow up with customers ~1x/month after onboarding.

Account Management:

  • Assess the customer’s plan for growth.
  • Keep customers on a good path to renewing their agreement.
  • Set up the contracts team for success with renewals.
