Job Description
Customer Onboarding:
- Transition calls with stakeholders to outline the onboarding plan.
- Plan the data customers send to their Customer.io account.
- Provide dedicated support and initial troubleshooting.
Customer Communication:
- Unearth reasons why messaging matters to customers.
- Help customers plan, implement, and follow through with messaging goals.
- Follow up with customers ~1x/month after onboarding.
Account Management:
- Assess the customer’s plan for growth.
- Keep customers on a good path to renewing their agreement.
- Set up the contracts team for success with renewals.
