About the Role:

- Own the complete product lifecycle from agent creation to production optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with legal, compliance, and security teams on safeguards.
- Mentor PMs and raise product strategy quality across the organization.
Ideal Candidate:
- 12+ years of product management experience in complex B2B SaaS or AI.
- Technical fluency in speech-to-text, LLM orchestration, and telephony.
- Strong judgment in AI evaluation and systems thinking.
