About the Role:
- Support a growing merchant and customer base as part of a small Support Engineering team embedded within Engineering.
- Blend hands-on support with real engineering work, building tooling and automating workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Triage tickets, meet SLA targets, and deliver clear, technically sound responses.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to unblock issues, test fixes, and improve systems.
Who You Are:
- Curious, resourceful, and comfortable with APIs, JSON, Postman, and Retool.
- A strong communicator with a customer-first mindset, excited to build Support infrastructure from scratch.
