What you'll do:

  • Support customers end-to-end with onboarding, debugging, and feature discovery.
  • Resolve issues across email, Slack, Twitter, and Reddit; partner with engineering on bugs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, JavaScript, and GitHub is a plus.
