As a Sr. Technical Account Manager, you'll work directly with strategic customers, designing scalable workflows and troubleshooting technical issues. This role involves providing priority support, technical guidance, and developing action plans to assist customers in designing efficient workflows. You'll build relationships with customers, acting as their dedicated support representative and internal advocate. Responsibilities include managing a customer portfolio, fostering cross-functional collaboration, monitoring customer health metrics, and encouraging proactive use of Zapier's features.
