Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process to acquire new business and create strong customer champions.
  • Utilize curiosity and disciplined pipeline management to drive deals forward and exceed sales quotas.
  • Travel occasionally for key events and in-person prospect meetings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Has experience in SaaS full-cycle sales on high-growth teams, with a track record of surpassing quotas.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, relationship management, and proactive pipeline advancement skills.
  • Possesses a builder mentality, curiosity about technology, and alignment with Ethena's mission.

Compensation and Logistics:

  • The annual starting base salary is $70,000 - $100,000 with OTE of $140,000 - $200,000 plus equity.
  • This is a remote position for candidates based in the United States; no visa sponsorship is offered.
  • The role involves sedentary work in a home office environment and reports to the Head of Sales.
