Job Description
This role will report to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, and support Sales leaders in the Americas business. You will be responsible for: Partnering with Sales leaders to build and execute strategies to achieve overall business objectives (and Annual Operating Plan). Leading and coordinating Americas sales GTM planning, including territory planning, quota setting, and headcount management, aligned with global initiatives. Driving operational cadence, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights programs. Delivering data-driven insights to Sales Leadership; identifying and implementing improvements in sales processes and procedures to drive sales productivity. Acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and lead global programs for the Americas.
