Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the scheduling team to ensure efficient use of authorized ABA therapy hours for each client.
- Monitor scheduling workflows and optimize processes to hit target utilization rates.
- Analyze data on scheduled versus authorized hours, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare scheduling, utilization management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and data-analysis skills.
- Excellent communicator able to work efficiently with internal teams and families.
