Partner with leadership to design and deliver scalable education, onboarding, accelerator programs, webinars, and community experiences.
Deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and one-to-many coaching that drive creator growth and platform adoption.
Create polished presentations, educational resources, playbooks, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

How you will make an impact:

Partner on creator programming for events like LTKCon, including curriculum development and onsite execution.
Serve as a trusted expert on the LTK platform and creator economy, translating updates into actionable education.
Analyze creator feedback and program performance to identify opportunities and measure impact.

What you will bring to LTK:

3+ years of experience in creator success, education, program management, or a related field.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking experience for various audience sizes.
Proficiency with Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel for creating compelling materials.
