Key Responsibilities:
- Drives increased sales and Company growth by developing positive business relationships with agents/brokers.
- Maintains an in-depth understanding of the Company’s products and processes.
- Maintains increasing knowledge of insurance industry markets, products, and legal environments.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role.
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products is preferred.
- Life/Health Agent’s License is required.
Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships and provide positive customer service.
