Job Description

This role blends People Operations and Recruitment, giving you a chance to work across the full employee lifecycle and make a meaningful impact. You’ll support our team by managing day-to-day HR processes, from candidate sourcing and hiring coordination to benefits, leave management, data reporting, and employee support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a scaling environment, and is eager to help build a thoughtful, efficient, and people-centered HR function. Manage employee leave processes and support benefits administration. Help maintain HR systems (HRIS, payroll support) and partner on people analytics and data reporting. Partner with a Senior Business Partner to manage recruiting for a wide range of roles, post jobs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews. The first point of contact is ensuring every candidate has a positive and values-aligned experience during the hiring process.
