The Role:
- Become a major contributor assisting clients via our chat/email support channel.
- Help with all things 837/835 related.
- Resolve common support ticket inquiries in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277).
- Experience performing Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process from start to finish for Part A and/or Part B facilities.
- Experience as EDI Analyst, troubleshooting clearinghouse/payer related rejections.
